One of the strongest elements of the book [Essentials of Asian Cuisine] is the black-and-white photography of Asian markets, produce and faces, taken by Trang herself. They lend an intimacy to her words and experiences.

- Architect-designed professional kitchen and photo studio with white walls and 360° natural light source in beautiful Mid-Hudson River Valley country setting
- Professional kitchen fully-equipped with state-of-the-art 48-inch dual-fuel Wolf stove (22-inch French Top and 4 burners), 42-inch side-by-side Sub-zero refrigerator, and Asko dishwasher. Other equipment by Mauviel, LeCreuset, KitchenAid, Wüsthof and others.
- In-house props available as rentals and range from contemporary to antique linens (custom available), flatware, glassware, plates, bowls, and more. Prop selection by appointment only.
- Professional Kitchen and Studio Rental – $1250/day (take 10% off price when booking for 4 or more consecutive days. Set-up day can be available upon advance notice.
- Professional Kitchen and Studio clean-up charge – $150 for 1 day; $250 for 3 days; $300 for up to 5 days
