I started my professional career in publishing and the culinary field in 1995. I've written books, articles, have taught and lectured internationally. I have catered special events, from sit-down coursed meals, to cocktail parties and buffets for any occasion, and for small to large crowds. I love hard work that is filled with fun, celebrating both staff and clients. Collaborative effort is essential to a successful event.
