Wainwright House, the oldest health and wellness center in the nation established in 1951, is where I will spend much time starting this Fall season. I have a book on tea to complete, workshops to teach, and in general lots to share.
I am honored to be their inaugural Artist-in-Residence, offering a comprehensive health and wellness program to enhance their current curriculum. As a program advisor, I will help develop a coherent approach to helping folks from different walks of life create a balanced and joyful lifestyle.
Come for workshops and feel energized and calm all in the same breath. Map out your goals so they're achievable—small steps to reach big goals.
Here are the workshops I will be teaching. Part lecture, instruction and Q&A. Be proactive in your wellbeing, make room to learn, use the tools, apply the theories, engage at all times and feel the difference.
