My career as a consultant in the food and beverage sector fell on my lap. One day, I was working in the tradeshow industry, and the next, I was backpacking around the world, rubbing elbows with the locals, sharing meals, interviewing, researching, and eventually returning to my desk to write.

It all started with Saveur Magazine in New York City, taking a leap of faith to write my first book three years later. I've authored eight books and contributed to dozens more, successfully working with different well-known publishers. Here are some of my favorite recipes.


My work has been featured in numerous consumer publications, including Food & Wine, Cooking Light, Island, Fine Cooking, GourmetMoneysworth, and The New York Times.
