PERSEVERANCE PAYS OFF

It's fair to say that my writing career fell on my lap. One day I was working in the tradeshow industry, negotiating with teamsters on behalf of exhibitors. The other, I traveled the world, interviewing, researching, and eventually returning to my desk to write.

 

It all started with Saveur Magazine in New York City, three years later taking a leap of faith to write my first book. I've published many books and contributed to dozens more, successfully working with different publishers. I've also written for consumer publications including Food & Wine, Cooking Light, Island, Fine Cooking, GourmetMoneysworth, and The New York Times.

 

In the last two decades, writing has opened doors and allowed me to share ideas in front of audiences, lecturing and teaching as a guest, visiting, and adjunct faculty member.
