SPECIFICALLY

I have taught, presented in front of small and large audiences, been a spokesperson and consultant to national brands and commodities, written and conducted research for numerous publishers, and been a guest on television and radio. My projects have included authoring books, articles, proposals, and presentations, developing restaurant concepts, and more.

My current projects are different, but all have a common theme, the betterment of society. From concept to fruition, they include a Japanese restaurant in New York, a new Dharma magazine based in Sweden, teaching engagements, and a vegetarian cookbook recently sent to a publisher and due to hit the shelves in 2022.
